It is a series of meetings offered to all couples who wish to experience intense moments of formation during the year.<br>\nThe name is inspired by the two disciples who, filled with enthusiasm after meeting Jesus, had followed him, but who, after the crucifixion, decide to go back to Emmaus\u2026 and, along this road back to their daily lives, they \u201cwalked along looking sad\u201d, saying to one another: \u201cwe had hoped\u201d.<br>\nIn the same way we hear of so many families who, after the enthusiasm of falling in love and the great wedding celebration, are caught up by life and \u201cwalk sadly\u201d back into their daily routine, at times doubting the promise of happiness written into their marriage. It is the presence of Jesus that explains \u201cthe meaning\u201d and makes \u201ctheir hearts burn within them\u201d once more, bringing us back \u201cto Jerusalem\u201d, to the original plan.
